Born in New Orleans, moving to Tehran as a baby, fleeing during the Iranian Revolution and living in New York before settling in Edinburgh, The Wrong Person to Ask is a meditation on the idea of home, both the places we start and end up. The collection questions what it means to come from somewhere else, and how we land in a new place and finally come to rest.
